holding our breath…

We have been fielding many calls and emails over the past few days of people looking for updates. Look no further because Allison Antics is here to save the day! Or not. Because truly, there is little news to report.

There has been word that the Rwandan Embassy began accepting dossiers again late Friday. Pray that they continue to accept them through Tuesday when our dossier should be delivered.

I am admittedly a little bundle of sleepless nerves right now. However, the love all of you have shown our family over the past few days has meant more to us than you will ever know. Our favorite Tarheel, Lauren, even gave us the much-needed opportunity to get out sans kiddos last night. Our evening of Salvadorean pupusas, McDonald’s icecream, and relaxing at a local coffee shop was just so therapeutic for us last night. Lauren, we love you!!
