Whew! It’s been quite a day! Carson started his birthday off right with a father-son trip to Dunkin Donuts. We then had a small but festive celebration with his BFF Ellie, her parentals and newborn sister, and our favorite Dukie, Katie. We closed out the day with a Happy Meal at McD’s and snuggling together in front of Cars. All in all, it was a fabulous and memorable day.Breakfast of champions
Opening up his new soccer goal from Mimi and Granddad. I’m determined that this child will be a soccer player and informed him today that it would be nice if he could shoot for a full ride somewhere to play soccer.

She’s now taking applications for “tall, dark, and dorky” husbands. She’s excellent with young children, has her very own Ironman pullup bar, and is my good friend. Off to Mickey D’s, per Carson’s request!
