on teeny tiny pigtails

Friday evening started like this…

They call it “banding”.  This Cindy Lou Who-esque style was promised to “stretch out” Elizabeth’s tight curls to make styling easier.  Which completely presumed that I knew exactly how I’d be styling her hair after the bands came out.  Ha.

But YOU GUYS!  After nearly two hours, it worked!!  My hours (no joke) of obsessing over hair blogs paid off, and I managed to do a legit (albeit imperfect) style!  I obviously documented this joyous occasion with pictures.  Lots of them.

Sweet goodness.  And I’m expected to be able to “no” to that sweet face?  With pigtails??

Yeah, I’m not so sure about that.
